Sony Interactive Entertainment has officially announced a new edition of State of Play for February 2026. After a series of rumors, the company confirmed that the broadcast will take place on February 12th at 7 PM Brasília time. The event will be streamed globally via YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok.

This presentation sets a new record for the format, lasting over 60 minutes. Until now, the longest episode had been recorded in June of the previous year, at 55 minutes. Sony promises a diverse lineup with new releases from independent studios, partner developers, and PlayStation Studios titles.

The 2026 calendar for the console already includes major titles, such as the action game Saros, scheduled for April 30th, and the shooter Marathon, scheduled for March 5th. In addition, expectations are high for Marvel's Wolverine, planned for the third quarter. The publisher is also expected to highlight third-party productions such as Resident Evil Requiem, Crimson Desert, Phantom Blade Zero, and GTA VI.
